You are welcome to collect your new bike from us – just call or email to arrange an appointment.
UK Standard Deliveries
All goods are carefully packed and shipped as soon as they are available to fulfil your order.
Certain heavy items (e.g. More than one bike) may incur additional shipping charges which may vary from any calculated shipping charges shown online and these will be advised prior to despatch.
Your items will be delivered within the working days as informed on our quotation or invoice. For stock items - usually 2-6 working days (Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends - for example if you order on a Wednesday your items will be delivered by the following Monday). Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. We will choose the most suitable service to dispatch your order on. For items we have to get in from Germany – a delivery time will be advised on your quotation.
We'll advise you by email when your order has been sent.
Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:
· Bikes may take a little bit longer as we want to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition, and so will take the time to inspect them before delivery.
· The availability of one of your order items may have changed from when you purchased - if this is the case we'll call or email you to help you find an alternative.
· If it's a UK Bank Holiday period.

Depending on weight and/or size of box
· Small items - Tracked Delivery £2.99
· Medium items – Tracked Delivery £4.99 - £9.99
· Complete bikes – DPD or Courier signed for £25.00
